I’ve worked at Educate Maine for more than six years now. We’re a business-led nonprofit that’s all about advocating for increased education of Mainers by honing college and career readiness, supporting students and elevating teaching. One of our signature programs is Project>Login, which empowers Maine educators and learners to prepare for the expanding career opportunities related to computer science and technology. During the pandemic, I struggled to find ways to connect with students who wished to explore tech careers while learning at a distance. So I created and launched the Project>Login podcast as a career exploration tool that could reach students from afar. It has worked great and been a lot of fun, as well.
